A few things i learnt trying to grow my business (2)



       Firstly, I want to say a big thank you to everyone reading my blog, noticed that my last post got a lot of views and still counting. This post is a continuation of the last post.




  • COMPETITION  AND STANDARDS-
         There will always be competition, the QUALITY of the goods and services you offer, the way you handle/treat your customers, your pricing are among the many factors that can help your business grow. LEARN FROM YOUR COMPETITORS, then raise the bar.  Research! what is new, what is trending?  Be creative and let your work speak for you. Do not compromise your standard to save money or gain customers, your business is not for everyone let those who know the worth of your goods and services patronise you.


  • MONEY-
       Money is king! what more should I tell you? Do not eat all your money, make it a habit of saving and investing more in your business, every kobo matters in growing your business. Let people call you stingy but as a start-up, it is important. Do not under price your work, ever.



    As your business begins to grow you should also introduce variety into your lines, use social media to your advantage, cultivate a saving habit, occasionally have giveaways and mouth watering discounts (who doesn't like free stuff or discounts?) and ask customers for reviews on your services(it goes a long way).
